Estimated shipping  times

  • North America: 3-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

I send orders out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, customs and a lot of other stuff. Be ready for delays on holidays ?

 

International shipping, customs and import taxes

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let me know.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though I’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at hello@theradya.com noting your order number. I’ll see what I can do.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Damaged items

The last thing I want is for you to stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives at you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time.

 

Wrong size

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let me know at hello@theradya.com and I’ll get you sorted out.

Cases, where a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, would be handled at customer’s cost by placing a new order. All products have different measurements, so it is very important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.

 

I don’t accept cancellations

I can not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. I can’t stop it. However, if you contact me quickly after making the order, I can try to do it.
